31 March 2015
Personal Injury Lawyer Clare Griffiths successfully secured over £8,000 in compensation for her client who was injured when a marble fireplace fell and landed on the back of her client’s heel.
At the time of the accident, Clare’s client was in a youth hostel in close proximity to a marble fireplace. Suddenly, without warning, the fireplace broke and landed on Clare’s client’s heel.
As a result of the accident, Clare’s client sustained a laceration to the back of her heel. The laceration left residual scarring to Clare’s client’s heel and she also suffered a psychological reaction.
After negotiating her client’s case, Clare successfully settled the case for £8,250 compensation for her client.
