Cycling Accident Injury Claim Awarded £750,000 Compensation

Personal Injury Solicitor Paul Kitson settled a cycling accident compensation claim in April 2012 on behalf of his client for £750,000.00 net of contributory negligence.
Paul's client was knocked off his bicycle by a London bus and his left leg had to be amputated below his knee.
At the time of the cycling accident the Claimant was 66 years old and his compensation case settled within 2 years of the accident.
The settlement included provision for 2 prosthetic limbs and certain adaptations to his client's home.
Paul is a keen cyclist and Slater and Gordon's client partner for the CTC, the UK's national cycling charity.
