Cycling Accident Injury Claim Settled for £50,000 Compensation

Personal Injury Solicitor represented a cyclist who suffered a serious skull fracture as a result of an road traffic accident.

He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, but fortunately he made a remarkable recovery and went back to work and back to cycling.

He was left with some left side weakness (very minor) and a hormonal imbalance. He also had a risk of developing Epilepsy. Provisional damages were agreed for 15 years post accident for risk of Epilepsy and the case successfully concluded with a compensation award for £50,000.
