Cycling accident ends in compensation for cyclist

06 June 2012

Our client was cycling along the road while the Defendant travelled in a car in the opposite direction. The Defendant suddenly and without warning turned right across our client’s path causing him to collide with the nearside of the Defendants vehicle.

In this Road Traffic Accident our client sustained a dislocated collarbone leaving a residual slight deformity, together with soft tissue injuries to his neck and groin.

Personal Injury Solicitor Stephanie Ballantyne negotiated, for our client, a settlement of £7400 for General Damages (Pain & Suffering) and £259.19 for Special Damages (Financial Losses).
