15 June 2012

Our client sustained Personal Injuries when he was involved in an Cycling Incident on the 29th September 2010. On that day he was riding his bicycle along Kentish Town Road when a motorist made a u-turn manoeuvre in front of him. He had no opportunity to avoid the collision.

In the accident our client sustained a fracture dislocation to the radial head of his right elbow which necessitated surgery. He made a reasonable but not full recovery from his injury.

Personal Injury Solicitor Paul Kitson negotiated a settlement of £35,000 which allowed in the region of £20,000 for the individual's injuries. The remaining £15,000 was awarded for past losses and a provision for future losses.
