successfully defended a female police officer at crown court facing allegations of Rape. The police officer had been on a date with another female who was not a police officer. They had shared a hotel room together and gone on a night out with mutual friends. The complainant alleged that upon returning to the hotel room with the client after the night out she was sexually assaulted on two occasions- allegations which the client strenuously denied. The officer was found not guilty.
