£90,000 Compensation for Man After Work Place Accident

10 June 2011

As a builder was assisting a colleague with putting up some guttering the scaffolding that he was standing on moved because it had not be affixed correctly.  Our client fell and suffered a back injury which resulted in him losing his job as he could maintain the commitments of manual labour at the construction firm.  An accident at work claim was made against the employer as it was their duty to ensure that working materials were deployed correctly.

Our expert accident at work solicitors negotiated with the defendant and eventually agreed a settlement of £90,000 in compensation.
