£33,000 Compensation for Man Struck by Crane Hook

11 May 2011

A man who worked as a steel worker on a construction site was working in close proximity to a crane.  As he was working he was struck in the face by a steel hook which was hanging from the overhead crane.  At the time of the accident at work questions of contributory negligence were raised which were strongly denied by our client and our expert accident at work solicitors.

After much negotiation with the defendant our client was awarded £33,500 in compensation for the accident at work.
