04 May 2011

A man was employed by a hardware company and was required to take some waste to the skip.  Whilst he was doing this he tripped and fell down a man hole which had been left unmarked and uncovered.  This accident at work was caused by careless health and safety precautions at the site.

With help from our expert accident at work solicitors our client was awarded £12,500 in compensation.
