Man Suffers Knee Injury After Fall in Country House

03 April 2011

A man was visiting an arts fair with his wife at a country house when he was involved in an accident in a public place.  A paving slab which our client had been walking on had become overgrown with moss and therefore very slippery.  He slipped over and injured his knee.

With help from our expert accident in a public place solicitors our client was awarded £6,750 in compensation for his injuries.
