Faulty Equipment at Work Leaves Woman with Injuries to Shoulder

01 April 2011

A woman was helping a patient move from their wheelchair to a chair using equipment which had been provided by her work.  As she was lifting the patient the equipment collapsed which meant that our client suffered an injury to her shoulder.  A medical expert confirmed that the injuries suffered in the accident at work would cause our client pain for between 6-9 months.

With help from our expert accident at work solicitors our client was awarded £2,600 in compensation.
