MIB Resolve Overseas Road Traffic Accident

03 December 2010

A man made a road traffic accident claim to the Motor Insurers Bureau after another vehicle crashed into him.  Despite the driver of the other vehicle admitting liability, a claim had to be made to the MIB as the other driver had no insurance. Our client suffered minor injuries which he was fully recovered from within four months.  Based on this recovery, our expert road traffic accident solicitors recovered our client over £1,200 to compensate his injuries.
