Surgical Negligence during operation Results in Further Pain for our Client

02 October 2010

A gentleman underwent key hole surgery on his injured knee. During the surgery he was to have tissue placed in his knee. It was only then that the surgeon realised that he had been given the wrong tissue for the operation. As a result of this clinical negligence our client had to have another operation later in the year.
Our expert clinical negligence solicitors sent a letter of claim in 2009,  to which the defendants denied any liability. However, after expert opinions had been received, the claim was settled for £3,500
