Medical Negligence Claim Brought Against NHS Trust

10 October 2010

Our client had an operation in July to remove a tumour.  Two weeks later it was discovered that a swab used in the operation had been left in the wound.  The wound became infected and as a result of the poorly executed operation the lady had to visit her GP every day for one month to have the dressing changed. Our expert medical negligence solicitors were able to negotiate compensation of £5,000 within five months of receiving instructions.
