Cycling Accident Injuries Compensated

10 October 2010

A man was riding his bicycle along a main road when he hit a pothole which had been concealed by a puddle.  As a result of this cycling accident, our client fell off his bike and injured himself. A claim was made to the local council who denied any liability for the negligent treatment to the road.  After proceedings had been issued, the defendant accepted breach of duty.  With help from our expert cycling accident solicitors, our client was awarded £2,000 for the injuries suffered.
