Compensation for Man Injured Whilst Lifting Steel Roll Box at Work

02 October 2010

A man was provided with no lifting equipment or health and safety training to lift a fabricated steel roll box weighing 46 kilos which had no handles. Whilst lifting the box his arm got caught and our client suffered soft tissue injury to his wrist. With help from our expert accident at work solicitors, the defendants admitted liability and damages of £2,000 were agreed.
