Grievance appeal outcome leads to disciplinary appeal and termination of employment

We advised a female Director of a worldwide travel business who was unhappy with the outcome of her grievance appeal. Following the outcome of the grievance procedure the employer made false allegations against our client which lead to a disciplinary investigation and the termination of her employment. We provided advice to the client which led to her submitting a claim against her employer in the Employment Tribunal. Consequently, the employer entered into a successful settlement with our client.
