Compensation for Whistleblowing Senior executive

We successfully negotiated a settlement in a high value whistleblowing claim on behalf of a senior executive client, who was sacked when a fraud occurred on his watch.  Our client investigated and identified the fraud, but when he escalated the matter internally, was offered a deal in return for resigning and taking the “blame” for it.  As the client was unsatisfied with the terms offered, he instructed us and we brought a claim for whistleblowing on his behalf. Through careful negotiation we were able to secure a deal that was to the client's satisfaction and a marked improvement on what the company had initially offered to settle the matter.
