Senior Director asked to move on because of age

We acted for a client who was a senior director at a major professional services firm. Although our client had a tremendous track record of success over a 10-year service period, at age 50 she was informed without warning that it was time for her to move on. We argued there was no reason other than age and achieved a quick settlement valued at a quarter of a million pounds.
