Claimant suffers elbow and shoulder injury due to continuous use of hammers at work

05 October 2009

A Community union worker put forward an accident at work claim for elbow and shoulder injury (both requiring surgery) as a result of awkward and repetitive upper limb movement due to continuous use of a variety of hammers. Our solicitors enabled our client to receive £11,000 in compensation allowing him to receive treatment for the injuries he sustained.
