We’re committed to being transparent about our fees from the outset so you’ve a clear understanding of what the cost will be up front. We only provide advice and assistance that’s commercially beneficial and cost effective.
We’ve set out below our fixed fees for a rental possession claim. We can also advise on bulk instructions and would be happy to discuss these with you.
Service of a Section 8 notice seeking possession on the basis of rent arrears, Section 21 “no fault” eviction notice or Notice to Quit:
- One tenant - £75 + VAT
- Two tenants - £100 + VAT
Drafting and filling a claim for possession (including preparation of a Witness Statement setting out the basis of the claim:
- One tenant - £400 + VAT plus court fee of £355
- Two tenants - £450 + VAT plus court fee of £355
Attendance at a hearing (on non-accelerated cases):
Enforcement via County Court Bailiff Eviction:
- All cases - £100 + VAT plus court fee of £121
