How to use our online conveyancing calculator:
First you need to tell us what type of transaction you're looking to do, you'll be asked to select from the following options:
- Purchase of a property
- Sell a property
- Remortgage a property
- Buy and sell a property at the same time
We'll ask you about the property you're buying or selling, we'll also ask you for some basis contact details.
What details do we need?
To help us generate your free conveyancing quote we'll need your contact details and some basic details about your property transaction including the transaction type, value and address of the property concerned.
Property transaction details
We'll ask you a couple of questions about the property you want to buy or sell, including:
- The price
- How many parties are involved
- The tenure (freehold/leasehold)
- The address of the property
We'll ask you details such as your name, email address and phone number so that one of our solicitors can get in touch and discuss your quote.
