Julian Cason Solicitor
Julian is a solicitor in the Cardiff Personal Injury Department who has specialised in representing Police Officers in the full range of accident claims over the last 10 years.
His practice encompasses all aspects of personal injury law, including those claims arising from catastrophic life-changing events, involving both physical and psychological injuries.
He has particular experience of road traffic accidents and Occupiers/Public Liability claims but deals predominately with employers liability cases arising out of injuries sustained on duty, whether in training or whilst operational. He concluded a significant claim last year for a police officer shot in the head and is experienced in medical retirement cases involving all the complexities of the Police Pension Scheme.
He qualified in 1993 and after working locally in South Wales, joined Russell Jones and Walker, now Slater and Gordon Lawyers in 2003.

"Julian Cason is an associate specialising in industrial disease work, and in particular on claims involving asbestos exposure. He graduated from Oxford University in 1989.
Julian is Secretary to Headway Pembrokeshire, an organisation which aims to assist the survivors and their families of traumatic head injuries. He was also a founder member of the Roger Lowe Asbestos Mesothelioma Campaign.
