I have over 12 years’ experience in acting on behalf of clients who have sustained life changing serious injuries as a result of accidents across all areas of personal injury. This includes representing those with catastrophic injuries and on behalf of bereaved families.
I am committed to promoting the rehabilitation and treatment needs of my clients to maximise their recovery potential. I advocate a collaborative approach with opponents, whenever possible, to secure access to care, therapies and equipment. I ensure that interim payments are secured to alleviate any financial hardship.
I work closely with barristers and case managers to ensure my clients have the best support and to help to navigate the legal process.
I aim to be approachable, and I appreciate the profound impact that serious injuries can have on clients and their families.

During the course of my career, I have achieved and assisted on numerous complex and high value settlements which have provided for my clients’ rehabilitation and future needs.
Highlights include:
I achieved a settlement of £12.75 million for LH in 2021. LH suffered a severe brain injury age 13 when he was hit by a car on a pedestrian crossing.
CB’s claim for a spinal injury following a road traffic accident settled 2021 for £1.1 million. CB’s previous solicitor had treated her claim as a whiplash injury.
AB suffered a very severe brain injury in an accident at work. Liability was disputed. I secured a significant interim payment for AB’s accommodation and rehabilitation needs prior to his discharge. AB’s claim settled for £4.8 million (£7.2 million on full liability) in 2019.
EF’s claim settled for £690,000 in 2022 following a very tragic bereavement.
