Matthew Corby Principal Lawyer, Personal Injury
Matthew is a Principal Lawyer and leads a team specialising in claims involving serious injuries sustained as a result of road traffic collisions. Matthew has succeeded in obtaining multi million pound settlements for young adults who have suffered severe traumatic brain injuries. He also has many years’ experience in cases involving serious orthopaedic injuries.
Matthew works closely with his clients from the outset and develops solid relationships of trust with them and often their families, so as to best understand their needs and ensure that there is early treatment intervention where possible in order to achieve best outcomes in terms of the client’s recovery. He works tirelessly to ensure all possible evidence is obtained and to secure best possible financial settlements.
In addition to dealing with injured driver and passenger claims, Matthew frequently acts for pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists and has dealt with a range of cases involving difficult and technical liability issues including cases against the Motor Insurance Bureau, cases involving automatism, nervous shock claims involving secondary victims, and pedestrian claims.
