Lindsay Neal Associate, Employment
Lindsay is an associate and employment solicitor at Slater and Gordon Lawyers in London.
She initially qualified into criminal law but transferred to employment in 2008. She gained extensive experience at a trade union employment firm acting for claimants in complex discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistle blowing claims. She has also advised individuals and representatives regarding grievance, disciplinary and capability proceedings.
Lindsay acts for a wide range of clients including senior executives, healthcare professionals, and individuals within the banking industry, education and the construction sector.
She has previously provided training and workshops to clients and contributed to trade publications.
