Helen Smith is a senior associate in the Manchester Real Estate Team.
Helen deals with a variety of real estate work including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, corporate support work and property finance. Helen acts for public and private sector bodies as well as private individuals.
Helen has significant experience in landlord and tenant and estate management work and regularly acts for landlords with large portfolios of commercial property including Realty Estates Limited and Bluemantle Group of companies as well as acting for occupational tenants such as Intertek.
Helen deals with a variety of real estate matters for Bargain Booze Limited and Conviviality Retail Plc.

Helen joined Pannone LLP, now part of Slater and Gordon Lawyers, in 2003 and qualified as a solicitor in the Real Estate Team in 2006. Prior to joining Pannone LLP, Helen worked at Eversheds in Manchester and Cunningtons Solicitors in Essex.
Helen studied law at Liverpool John Moores University and completed the legal practice course at the College of Law in Chester, gaining a distinction.
