- Rehabilitation services and specialist care
- Psychological and emotional support, including counselling
- Practical and financial aid
- Helplines and medical information
- Patient advocacy and research
- Support groups.
Applications are open until Friday 30 October, with interested charities invited to submit an entry via its online form: https://aspecthealthmedia.com/nr-times-awards-2026/
Following the closing date, each entry will undergo a judging process in November to whittle down the numbers to three per category. If selected, the successful charities will be announced during a special online awards event in late November.
In addition to receiving a trophy, the winning charities work will be recognised across the NR Times’ website, social media channels and newsletter. The special recognition will kick off with an exclusive winners’ interview with an NR Times journalist, introducing the charity’s work and showcasing their life-changing impact.
