Slater and Gordon reports 51% revenue growth and £18.5m profit for 2025
Slater and Gordon has reported revenue of £109 million, and a yearly profit of £18.5 million, reflecting continued progress in repositioning the business towards higher-value and more complex consumer legal services.
We have reported revenue of £109 million, an increase of 51% compared with 2024, while profit for the year increased from £7 million to £18.5 million. The results reflect our continued progress in repositioning the business towards higher-value and more complex consumer legal services.
Operating profit was 11% lower than in 2024, reflecting planned investment to support future growth. The increase in overall profit for the year included the recognition of a deferred tax asset, supported by our strong medium term outlook.
Supporting this growth, we delivered double-digit increases in new multi-track and intermediate-track cases and welcomed a significant number of new clients seeking redress in relation to car finance mis-selling. We also continued to invest in our people, technology and operational and support infrastructure to enhance the working environment and improve client outcomes, while securing new agreements with key partners and suppliers in support of future profitable growth.
To further strengthen our financial position, we made significant strides in reinforcing our balance sheet, raising £40m of new equity (of which £10m was raised in May 2026) and completing a refinancing through a new £30 million committed three-year debt facility with Harbour.
Nils Stoesser, Chief Executive Officer of Slater and Gordon, said:
"These results demonstrate the strength of our strategy and the significant progress we've made in positioning the business to serve our clients.
"The increase in revenue reflects the scale of our investment, demand for our expertise and our focus on areas where we can offer our clients a differentiated service.
"At the same time, we've secured additional funding and continued to invest in our infrastructure and key relationships. This provides us with a strong platform from which to support our growth, resulting in robust bottom line financial performance."
