A divorce settlement thought to be worth hundreds of millions of pounds has been awarded to the ex-wife of a Russian oligarch.
Boris Berezovsky's former partner Galina Besharova divorced him on grounds of unreasonable behaviour and the exact cost of the divorce has not been revealed.
Judge Eleanor King said: "It does not matter whether the awards are thousands of pounds or hundreds of millions of pounds."
She explained as long as they were able to reach an amicable settlement regarding the divorce payment, it bodes well for their future happiness.
Ms Besharova was granted the divorce in a 45-second hearing last July, but it has taken 12 months to come to an agreement over what proportion of her husband's assets she would be entitled to.
Boris Berezovsky has been exiled in Britain for a decade after fleeing Russia in 2001, following an investigation being launched into his business affairs in the country.
