Man takes brother to employment tribunal over alleged unfair dismissal
Two brothers are locked in a legal battle based around whistleblowing and unfair dismissal after one left a company where they were both directors.
According to the Warrington Guardian, Jason and Justin Williams both fulfilled senior management positions at printer cartridge company Lasertech UK but the latter has taken his sibling to an employment tribunal as he feels he was a victim of unfair dismissal in July of last year.
Justin claims that older brother Jason, the majority shareholder of the organisation, hounded him out of the firm after whistleblowing over alleged illegal operations being conducted in the firm's name.
"I was worried that I was part of a company that had willingly broken the undertakings but nothing or nobody was going to stand in the way of his business," he commented.
This comes after the Manchester Evening News reported that Denise Tindall is seeking recompense from Housing 21 for what she claims was unfair dismissal last year.
