Singer Peter Andre has been successful in his libel claims against a UK publication.
The singer-songwriter, who separated from glamour model wife Katie Price in May this year, took legal action over claims that he had been unfaithful.
During a recent high court hearing in London, a settlement was agreed between the 36-year-old and the Sunday People newspaper.
The case centred around a story which was published in May and suggested that he had had relations with a Price lookalike.
Under the terms of the settlement, the paper apologised to Andre and accepted that the story was untrue.
The singer will also receive undisclosed libel damages and his legal fees will be covered.
Speaking outside court, he said: "I have never been unfaithful to my wife, not with this girl or with anyone else."
He added: "I also need to add that if anyone slanders my name, I will not hesitate in taking action against them."
