The deal is part of a £3.8 million Employment Tribunal Service contract with Methods Consulting.

According to PersonnelToday.com, a Trades Union Congress spokesman reported that the organisation has no objections to the system in principal, as long as measures are put in place to prevent employers using the information to discriminate against job candidates.
Statistics produced recently by YouGov on behalf of Croner suggested that the number of employment tribunals in the UK rose by 15 per cent over the last year.
