London-based literature and talent agency Peters, Fraser & Dunlop (PDF) has been taken to an employment tribunal, the Bookseller reports.
According to the business magazine, agent Duncan Hayes brought a claim against his former employers and his case has been heard at a central London court.
It goes on to state: "Other cases are expected to follow as the bitter and long-running saga reaches its final stages."
My Hayes worked for the company, which is part of parent group CSS Stellar, before joining the breakaway group United Agents.
Neither PDF, CS Stellar or United Agents would make any comments concerning the case and both sides are currently awaiting judgement.
PDF describes itself as "one of Europe's leading literary and talent agencies" and acts as a agent to a variety of people, including producers, actors, technicians, composers, public speakers and illustrators and writers.
