Are You Entitled to Equitable Life Pension Scheme Compensation?

By Senior Associate, Group Litigation

This maybe your last chance to find out...

There were hundreds of thousands of policyholder victims of the Equitable Life collapse 10 years ago, yet an estimated 200,000 and possibly as many as 300,000 policyholders have still not filed claims for compensation. The compensation scheme run by the Treasury will close in just over six months time after which there will be no prospect of recovery.

If you believe you are eligible for compensation you must contact the Equitable Life Payment Scheme without delay.

Write to PO Box 4110 Glasgow GL58 1EL without delay. You must quote your Equitable Life Policy Number as well give full details of your current and any past addresses.
