Following a romantic holiday to the Maldives, Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding got engaged to her DJ boyfriend, Tom Crane. The question is will she insist on a Pre-Nuptial agreement?
It's been reported that by 2009 Girls Aloud had amassed a fortune of £25 million. Since then, Miss Harding has signed a £100,000 deal to model Ultimo lingerie, promoted Sunsilk hair products with the rest of Girls Aloud and made her first film appearance in St Trinians.
Miss Harding has a substantial fortune and she could protect it with a Pre-Nuptial agreement.
Following the landmark case of Radmacher last year, in which the Court ordered the parties’ Pre-Nuptial agreement to be honoured, it's believed that Pre-Nuptial agreements will soon become legally binding this country.
Miss Harding & Mr Crane will have to get separate independent legal advice about the agreement, and its implications for the Pre-Nuptial agreement to be upheld by a Court. It's anticipated that Miss Harding will keep her intentions under wraps from the media, however there is sure to be speculation as the big day approaches!
