Lawyer to speak at Fraud & Business Crime seminar hosted by St Pauls Chambers in Leeds

The head of our Business Crime & Regulatory Law department will speak at the seminar focusing on Enforcement in the New Age of Accountability on the 22nd September. He will be speaking on the topic ‘The Bribery Act 2010 and defence practice in the new enforcement landscape’. This topic includes:

  • Territorial application
  • Corporate hospitality
  • Adequate procedures
  • Bigger stick, more carrot?
  • Implications for individual suspects

This interactive afternoon event brings together an impressive range of speakers who are all experts in their field. It is to be held at Aspire in Leeds on the 22nd September 2010 from 1pm-5pm, and will be worth 4 CPD points accredited by both the SRA and the BSB.
