Step one
To provide you with advice on your settlement agreement you first need to become our client. To do this we need to take some details from you and ask you to complete the form on this page.
If you're residing abroad and are a British National, along with your UK address, if you've not already done so, please provide evidence of your local address for the country you're residing in, for example a bank statement, utility bill (no more than three months old) or a current tenancy agreement.
You can send a scan or camera-phone picture of these documents, as long as the image is legible and captures the full page.

Step two
Once we receive your documents we’ll send you our client information pack so you can officially become a client of our firm. We’ll then provide advice on the terms and effect of your settlement agreement.
