As a Prospect member, you are entitled to legal advice or legal representation if you have problems at your workplace. However, you should approach your union representative first.
Most cases will be dealt with entirely by Prospect, who will decide whether any further specialist advice is required.
Employment Law Services for Prospect Members:
- Discrimination claims: sexual orientation, pregnancy/maternity, equal pay, race, religion/belief, disability, age, health and safety and trade union victimisation, whistleblowing.
- Dismissal: unfair dismissal, redundancy entitlements, TUPE cases.
- Pay and conditions: unlawful deductions, breach of contract, pensions claims, intellectual property rights.
