Brendan Lowe Associate

Experience Profile

Brendan is an Associate in the Sheffield Personal Injury Department. He specialises in Employers Liability cases but also does some Public Liability work and the occasional Product liability work. He has a special interest in dog bite cases including those for officers bitten by police dogs as well as dogs belonging to members of the public.

Brendan has been working for in the Personal Injury team since 2002 and deals with a variety of cases including complex employer’s liability claims. Brendan has had success at trial for numerous Police Officers over the years, including multiple dog bite cases and also public liability trials. He also recently won a 2 day trial for his client who was his only witness against 6 provided by the Defendants. Brendan has an unblemished success rate at trial when representing Police officers.

Brendan joined Russell Jones & Walker, now Slater and Gordon Lawyers, shortly after completing his degree and began fee earning immediately. He has developed his skills in house and now has an extensive knowledge of this area of law and in particular cases for Police officers having represented the Federation throughout his career. 

Brendan graduated in Law from Liverpool John Moores University.
