Brogan is an Employment Solicitor at Slater and Gordon in London.
She advises clients on a wide range of employment claims, such as whistleblowing, termination of employment, employment status, exits and settlement agreements. As well as advising clients on these issues in the UK, Brogan has experience advising clients whose employment was based abroad which means territorial issues arise.
She previously trained at Prettys Solicitors in East Anglia and completed a year-long seat in employment.
Brogan is an executive committee member for the Junior Lawyers Division of The Law Society, running seminars, conferences, networking events for the members as well as responding to SRA and Government consultations on issues affecting members.
As part of this committee, she also sits on the Legal Professions Wellbeing Task-force which is a cross profession group set up and run by the Law Society and the charity LawCare. The purpose of the task-force is to look at mental health in the workplace and what steps can be taken to help support employees.
