Andrew is a property lawyer with Slater and Gordon Lawyers in Manchester.

He has considerable experience dealing with investment sales, acting for developers and advising retail operators on their portfolio of leases.

He has also advised clients in the public sector ranging from the HCA to the Highways Agency.

His recent experiences include acting for Realty Estates Limited in the investment sale of Piccadilly Gateway for £26 million and advising on the acquisition, refinance and grant of a lease of over 85 flats to a provider of serviced apartment accommodation.

He has also acted for retail tenants taking agreement for leases of units in major shopping centres around the country and advised the HCA in relation to their public land transfer scheme.

In addition he has advised on the lease of the Urbis building in Manchester city centre for its use as the National Football Museum.
