Andrew joined Slater and Gordon in 1994 and has worked as a lawyer in most areas of its litigation practice. 

Since 2000 Slater and Gordon has enjoyed substantial growth, expanding from six locations to a network of 70 locations across Australia and 18 locations in the United Kingdom.

Since Slater and Gordon's listing on the ASX in 2007, Andrew has been at the forefront of the successful acquisition and integration of more than 30 law firms, Including UK firms Russell Jones & Walker, Goodmans Law, John Pickering and Partners, Fenton and the personal Injury practice of Taylor Vinters. In February 2014 the acquisition of Pannone Solicitors, one of the biggest PI brands in the North West of England, Increased Slater and Gordon's operations in the UK by Approximately 50% to a headcount of more than 1,400 staff. Andrew served as the founding chair of The Youth Junction Inc., a not for profit youth charity operating in Sunshine, Victoria and he remains a member of its voluntary board. Andrew is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the McCabe Centre for Law & Cancer , a member of the Advisory Council of the Melbourne Law School (University of Melbourne) and is a member of the Australian Government's International Legal Services Advisory Council.
